MANAGING DIRECTOR – is responsible for the overall business, administrative, and operational management of the theater in order to expand and foster audience growth. This includes leadership of fundraising, budgeting, financial management, HR, information systems, marketing, and board relations. In a small organization such as Shadowland Stages, it is the Board of Directors’ expectation that both the Managing Director and the Artistic Director will work in a cooperative and collaborative manner to always meet the needs of, and promote the interests of, Shadowland Stages. ASST. STAGE MANAGER (Local applicants only / No housing provided) – Our Assistant Stage Manager works directly for the Production Stage Manager, handling multiple administrative and technical tasks. PROPS PERSON (Local applicants only / No housing provided) – This is an hourly position that will involve helping to find / source / build / create the props / smaller scenic items necessary for upcoming productions. BOX OFFICE STAFF (Local applicants only / No housing provided) – Our box office staff work as hourly employees in our on-site box office for in-person sales as well as selling tickets by phone.
